About the development

With expertise in high standard commercial developments in the whole world, Tishman Speyer released in 1996, in São Paulo, the project Torre Norte of the Nações Unidas Business Center. Inaugurated with almost all spaces rented, this development is still considered the most modern corporate building in Latin America. Designed by the widely known architect Botti Rubin, the complex became one of São Paulo’s post cards, as other icons that are included in the company’s portfolio around the world, such as the Rockefeller Center and the Chrysler Building, in Nova York.

About the Region

Berrini’s region has grown significantly throughout the 90s.
