About the development
Green Towers Brasília was designed to highlight the innovative outline of the Brazil’s capital. The project was developed by Tishman Speyer, owner of 85% of the business, in partnership with Via Engenharia, which detains 15%. Comprised of three office towers that totalize 86,500 m2 of rentable area, Green Towers Brasília delivers the most modern technological features. The development counts on new concepts of quality, sustainability and comfort for this segment.
